Leftover cooking workshop

Ilford Transition Town is organising a free cooking session with local fruit .
Fallen apples and plums can be used for a variety of purposes, including making jams, chutneys, sauces, compotes, etc. They can also be stewed and frozen for later use.

If you would like to be part of this cooking together session in one of our members kitchen, please get in touch with us. It is on first come first served basis as we have only limited 10 places. All fruit will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own fruit as well.
